Sports Surfaces originally traded as Specialist Paving Company (Est. 1976) The name was changed to its present form in 1980 to more accurately reflect the business activities of the company. The first synthetic surfaces applied were Plexipave Surface Systems, which were developed in 1953 and installed in Western Australia for the City of Wanneroo in 1976.
Sports Surfaces is a wholly owned and operated Western Australian based company, employing Western Australian based personnel. It has an extensive human resource base and can draw upon additional experienced personnel through out Australia.
Sports Surfaces in association with its synthetic grass manufacturing company "Sportsgrass Pty Ltd." provides a fully comprehensive service in the manufacture and installation of all synthetic grass products.
